“Wholesome Harvest Recipes”
This Week’s Fresh Local Fish:
Monday – Friday
What a Treat ~ Fresh Local Halibut
Halibut is a lean fish with mild, sweet tasting white flesh, large flakes and a firm but tender texture. Halibut is the perfect go-to fish for grilling or sautéing. Because of its leanness this fish becomes dried-out if overcooked.
Delicious & Easy To Prepare Recipe:
Sauteed Halibut with Romesco Sauce
Highlight the sweet and subtle flavor of halibut with a smoky homemade Romesco sauce that is to die for! We love all different kinds of Romesco sauce and hope you enjoy this on your halibut. View our recipe page for full recipe.
