Suggested Recipes for Prawns & Swordfish
Crispy Panko Fried Prawn Appetizer with Homemade Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs Shrimp, medium to large, 10 Lemon wedges, 2 Eggs, 1 pinch Salt and pepper, 1 cup Panko bread crumbs, 2 tbsp Water

Preparation:
Peel & Devein Prawns, Leave Tails On. Butterfly shrimp by cutting vertically down the back of the shrimp. Season with Salt & Pepper both sides. Beat eggs and water together in a bowl till eggs are broken. Place Panko crumbs in a plastic bag. Dip shrimp in egg/water mixture. Toss to coat shrimp with Panko. Repeat till generously coated. Fry in oil 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees till crispy both sides.

Homemade Cocktail Sauce by Ina Garten

1/2 cup chili sauce (recommended: Heinz), 1/2 cup ketchup, 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish, 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco)
