If your morning is starting off with a delicious smoothie, you know it’s gonna be a good day! There’s no tastier or simpler way to make sure you’re getting enough fruits and greens in than drinking a smoothie a day. It’s healthy, it’s fast, and it’s loaded with vitamins and minerals.

  • 1/2 cup non dairy milk or water
  • 2 handfuls of sliced strawberries
  • 4 peeled oranges
  • 1 banana
  • 1 – 2 handfuls of spinach

Optional Toppings

  • Banana slices
  • Strawberry slices
  • Granola
  • Coconut flakes
  • Mandarin slices
  • Chia seeds


Blend all the ingredients together until desired consistency is achieved. Add more or less milk depending on how thick you would like your smoothie. Pour in bowl, top with fruit slices, granola, and chia seeds. Enjoy!
