Half an Avocado
1/4 Red Cabbage, Shredded
1 Carrot Spirzalized
4 Radishes
Small sheet of Nori
Sugarsnap Peas
Wasabi
Pickled Ginger
Sushi Rice – Cooked To packet instructions the chilled.

Smoked Tofu Marinade

1/2 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. cider vinegar
A few drops of liquid smoke
