Persimmons are delicious on their own. They’ve got a unique sweet, honey-like, almost cinnamon-y taste that’s pretty unlike any other fruit. Some people like them a little crunchier, others enjoy them a little extra ripe when their nice and soft. Either way, they also pair wonderfully with this brie crostini. A lovely crunch with creamy, rich Brie cheese and sweet ripe persimmons. Yuuumy.
