Another yummy recipe from Pamela with Perky Powders!  Pamela’s Perky Powder superfood make it easy to eat nutritionally dense foods. These kale chips are prepped in less than 10 minutes and once they’re done they make for a delicious, savory snack at home or on the go.  Perky kale chips are a guilt-free treat you can feel good about munching on all day long. They’re loaded with antioxidants, essential fatty acids, immune boosters, and more!

  • 1 med head of kale (any variety)
  • 1 ½ tbl. Olive Oil

Mix all the ingredients below together to form a thick sauce:

  • ¼ c Perky Original or Pro
  • 1 ½ tsp. garlic herb seasoning
  • 1 tbl. Lemon juice
  • 1 tbl. Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tbl. GF Tamari


Wash and tear kale with hands put kale in a large bowl.   Massage O.O. into kale leaves and let sit while you prepare the sauce. Mix all sauce ingredients together then massage it into the kale making sure all the leaves are coated.

Dehydrator Directions:

Spread kale leaves on dehydrator sheet giving the leaves room put them on two trays so it’s not too crowded and kale can dry evenly.

Dehydrate for 4-6 hours @ 110-120 degrees until texture is the desired crispness of your choice.

Conventional Oven:

Set oven at lowest possible temperature.  Spread kale leaves onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake for 3-4 hours –checking them @ 2 hours and then baking until desired crispness.
