This creamy, yummy dessert is incredibly simple with only three ingredients and one easy step. The recipe calls for canned mandarins, but we know farm fresh mandarins taste so much better! You’ll just need to add in a bit of water to make up for the light syrup. We hope you enjoy!

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Mandarin Oranges in Light Syrup, undrained (SLO Veg suggests fresh mandarins! About 2 cups fresh)
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup thawed Whipped Topping
