  • 4 medium red onion
  • 4 medium zucchinisliced
  • 2 red bell pepper
  • 2 orange bell pepper
  • 2 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 green bell pepper
  • olive oilfor brushing
  • Balsamic vinegarfor serving



For the Garlic Herb Sauce


  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlicminced
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsleyminced
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantrominced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemaryminced
  • saltto taste
  • freshly ground black pepperto taste
