This recipe is great for a quick breakfast for two that is also very portable so you can be on the go! You can replace the fruit with whatever you desire or with seasonal fruits. Use prepared granola pre purchased or make your own!

1 cup vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup granola
Peel and slice the bananas and kiwis, set aside.
In a medium jar, put a small amount of vanilla yogurt on the bottom. Next add some bananas and kiwis and top with granola. Continue this rotation until the jar is full to the brim and you use up all of the yogurt, granola and fruit.
Serve with a spoon and enjoy!
If you are taking this to go, place granola in a plastic bag and add to the parfait when you are ready to eat. (This allows the granola to remain crunchy.)
