These Storage Tips Work! Refrigerate all items as soon as possible. All items will remain fresh longer when following these tips!

Cauliflower – Wrap tightly in a baggie, store in crisper.
Plums – Store in crisper.
Pears – We suggest refrigerate immediately to slow ripening.
Green Beans – Store in a baggie in crisper.
Kale – Rinse. Store wrapped tightly in a baggie in crisper.
Zucchini – Store un-washed in the crisper.
Snow Peas – Wash then dry on a rack. Store in a paper sack, no plastic in crisper.
Microgreens – Store in a paper bag or dark location of refrigerator. Light sensitive.
Persimmons – Store on counter top – Do not refrigerate Coffee Cake persimmons.
Tomatoes – Store on counter top ~ Refrigerate to slow ripening.
Lettuce – Rinse. Store in a baggie crisper. Or trim base place in a cup or bowl to allow it to continue to drink water. We recommend refrigerating immediately.
