Monday: Fresh Black Cod  and Lingcod Fillets
Black cod, also known as Sablefish and Butterfish, is a gourmet fish with a rich, buttery flavor and delicate, silky texture.

Tuesday – Friday: Fresh Lingcod Fillets
Lingcod is a lean white fleshed fish with a mild flavor profile, medium-firm texture and large flakes. The raw flesh may have a blue-green shimmer which cooks up white.

Fruits & Veggies Storage Tips: Refrigerate all items as soon as possible. All items will remain fresh when following these tips!

Celery – Rinse. Wrap tightly with aluminum foil, store in crisper.
Carrots – Rinse. Trim off greens, store in a baggie in crisper.
Tomatoes – Store on counter top. Refrigerate when ripe to slow ripening.
Cucumber – Wrap in Saran Wrap store in crisper.
Avocado – Store on counter top till ripe, refrigerate to slow ripening.
Chard – Rinse. Store in baggie in crisper
Stone Fruit – Place directly in to crisper to prevent ripening.
Brussels – Store in a baggie in crisper.
Cauliflower – Store in a baggie in crisper.
Green Leaf Lettuce – Rinse. Store in a baggie in crisper.
Zucchini – Store unwashed in crisper.
