Monday: Steelhead Trout
Steelhead trout is a fish that is very similar to salmon in texture as well as flavor. Unlike rainbow trout, steelhead trout looks just like salmon.
Tuesday – Friday: Alaskan Cod
White, firm, flaky body with a delicious sweet flavor that make it ideal for fish’n’chips, the BBQ or baking. This versatile fish is a wonderful addition to any dish. We LOVE fish tacos grilled or beer battered & fried. We top ours with your favorite coleslaw, cilantro, onions, lime, & creme friache. Enjoy!

Delicious and flavor packed fish tacos! They require little time in the kitchen and they’re light, healthy, and easy to throw together.
Keep Your Fruits & Veggies Fresh:
Refrigerate all items as soon as possible. All items will remain fresh when following these tips!
Pomegranates – Store in crisper.
Navels – Store oranges in crisper.
Kiwi – Store kiwi in crisper.
Grapefruit – Store in crisper.
Garlic – Store on counter.
Beets – Cut off greens, store separately, place roots in produce bag. Store in crisper.
Broccoli – Store in crisper. Or place stems in jar of cold water, cover florets with produce bag, store in fridge.
Radish – Rinse. Store in produce bag, place in crisper.
Avocados – Let ripen on counter for up to a week. Store ripe avocados in fridge.
Squash – Store in a cool, dark, dry location.
Carrots – Trim off greens store separately in produce bags in crisper or place carrots in jar of cold water, store in fridge.
Lettuce – Place in roomy bowl, lined and topped with damp towels, cover and place in fridge.
Microgreens – Store in a dark location in refrigerator. Light sensitive.
