Steelhead Trout Fillets
Steelhead has an orange flesh like Salmon, but the flavor is milder like a cross between salmon & trout. The flesh has medium flakes and a tender texture.

Rachael & Bart Recipe Tip:
Our favorite way to prepare steelhead trout & salmon is to drizzle it with our Meyer Lemon Olive Oil, a couple of butter pats, Himalayan Sea Salt, Fresh Cracked Pepper, and Meyer or Eureka Lemon slices.  Broil 10-15 minutes till the fish flakes. Top with a few chive & thyme sprigs and you’re set for a 5 star meal. Oh so yummy!
