Tips for Keeping Your Items Fresh:

Refrigerate all items as soon as possible with warmer temps.
All items will remain fresh when following these tips!

Mandarins – Store on counter 2-3 days or in crisper.
Grapefruit – Store on counter 2-3 days or in crisper.
Kale – Wrap unwashed kale tightly in towel and plastic. Store in crisper.
Peaches – Store unripe peaches on counter. Store ripe peaches in crisper.
Nectarines – Store unripe nectarines on counter. Store ripe nectarines in crisper.
Romaine Lettuce – Leave unwashed, place paper towel in plastic bag, store in crisper.
Avocados – Store in ripe avocados in fridge. Store unripe avocados on counter.
Zucchini – Keep unwashed and dry. Loosely wrap in plastic or paper bag to encourage air circulation. Place in crisper.
Microgreens – Keep in plastic clam shell, store in fridge.
Carrots – Cut off the leafy greens. Place in container filled with water, store in fridge. Change water every couple of days.
Cabbage – Place in sealable plastic bag. Store in crisper.
Cauliflower – Place in loosely sealed plastic bag, store in fridge.
