- 12 oz. sugar
PIE CRUST:
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- pinch of salt
- 3 TB butter, frozenĀ and chopped in small pieces
- 3 TB lard, frozenĀ and chopped in small pieces
- 1-1/2 TB (or more) ice water
FILLING:
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 3 TB melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. damson plum preserves
