Making your own fruit infused iced tea is probably not something you find yourself doing often, is it? Well, we challenge you to do something a little different with your plums this week and give it a try! This tea is refreshing, energizing, and quite delicious!

  • 8 black tea bags
  • 3 large sprigs lemon verbena or mint, plus more for serving
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large red plums, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
