  • 4 slices marbled rye bread or multigrain bread
Herb Mayo
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise or Vegenaise
  • tsp garlic minced
  • 1-2 tsp grainy dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
Avocado spread
  • avocado
  • 2 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
Veggies
  • heirloom tomatoes sliced
  • cucumber slices
  • leafy lettuce
  • spinach
  • micro greens and/or sprouts
  • sweet peppers
  • radishes
  • Carrots shredded or sliced
