Roma tomatoes are back in season! Woohoo!! Roma tomatoes are known for their thick meaty, texture that makes them perfect for tomato sauces and pastes. Though they are rich in flavor, they are not as juicy as slicing tomatoes – and that makes them great for bruchetta, too! We hope you love this simple, yet flavorful treat as much as we do!
