Here’s your sneak peek of our Easter Harvest Boxes April 15-18, 2025

Hello SLO Veg Family! Spring has officially sprung here on the Central Coast, and Easter is Hippity Hopping next Sunday! We’re buzzing with excitement with the new harvests we get to share with you from our incredible local farmers. We get to enjoy tender spring green onions, leafy spinach, sweet English shelling peas, and those stunning Chioggia beets that look like candy cane swirls when you slice them! You’ll also find crisp celery, bright orange carrots, juicy Tango mandarins, sweet-tart Cara Cara navels, Monterey strawberries (hello, spring!), and crunchy Fuji apples. It’s the perfect mix of vibrant veggies and fruit to fill your Easter table with color and flavor. Whether you’re whipping up a spring salad, roasting roots for brunch, or just snacking straight from the box, we hope this harvest adds a ton of joy and deliciousness to your holiday feasts.
