Minimizing Food Waste in 2023

Celery: Rinse, wrap tightly with aluminum foil then store in crisper. Your celery will stay fresh and crisp 3-4 weeks!

Always Prep Your Fruits & Veggies:
Increase the “Shelf Life” of items you receive! 

 

We highly recommend these great tips for preparing & storing your produce so it lasts up to two weeks or more!  Rinse all of your delicate items, store in containers or baggies in your crisper.  There are very few items that do not require prepping ahead of time. Fruit is okay to store on countertop 2-3 days, otherwise refrigerate.
