Hey Ya’all, happy Friday! We hope you’ve had an awesome week. We’re ready for a weekend filled with a lot of RnR. Tonight we’re in the kitchen grilling up some fresh king salmon, patty pan and brussels, we’ve made a homemade vinaigrette with Chaparral Gardens Elderberry Balsamic serving over a bed of fresh romaine. Oh Yeah ~ We wish you could all share in our 5 Star dinner!
Next week’s harvest was a treat selecting! We’ll be stuffing our Anaheim’s with some shrimp, onion, cilantro and cheese blend, and paring, pun intended our fresh Asian pears in a sweet salad on the side. We can’t wait to see you next week. Have a great weekend! Cheers, Your SLO Veg Team
