Salted Lime White Chocolate Strawberries (aka Margarita Strawberries)

Clean strawberries and pat dry with towel. Dip each strawberry into melted white chocolate. Sprinkle California Wine Popppies Lime sea salt, fresh lime zest. and crystallized sugar on top of strawberries while the chocolate is still warm. Place strawberries on a large parchment-lined sheet pan and put into the freezer until hardened. Enjoy!
